Sic Parvus Magna LLC was born from a simple but powerful conviction: that ordinary people, through discipline, intention, and relentless hard work, can build something extraordinary. That belief has a name in our house — greatness from small beginnings.
We are DiAndre and Tatyana — a husband and wife team, rooted in faith, family, and Huntsville, Alabama. We both come from engineering backgrounds, which means we don't just see a house — we see systems, structure, and potential. DiAndre is a defense engineer by profession: methodical, compassionate, people-focused, and God-fearing to his core. Tatyana is a construction engineer: sharp-eyed for value, obsessive about the details, and relentless about getting things right. Together, we are a full picture.
We started this journey with one home and a two-month-old baby. Three and a half years later, we have grown our portfolio to 12 units — not by cutting corners, but by staying true to the standard we set from day one. We love our family deeply, and that love extends to how we treat the people who live in our homes.
Our tenants are not a dollar amount to us. They are human beings with real needs, real circumstances, and real lives. We approach every situation with that understanding — with firmness where it's needed and compassion where it's warranted. We maintain our properties the way we'd want someone to maintain a home for our own family.
